In the late '60s radio was very different. Not only were stations playing local bands they were encouraged to do so by listeners. This gave birth to the "regional hit". The Unrelated Segments, from Taylor,MI, were one of those bands.
As a very young man my family moved from Detroit to what I thought was the boonies. For a long time my only friends consisted of a small transistor radio and my 45rpm records. One of those records was "Where Ya Gonna Go" by the Unrelated Segments
